Is there a minimum order amount set?
There is no minimum amount for orders, you can pick up any amount of goods. When delivered within the city of Yerevan, the minimum order amount is 5000 AMD, delivery is free of charge. For more information, see the "Delivery" section"
Why is it impossible to choose some products apiece, but only in packages or boxes?
Some products have an indivisible package (for example: a glass of 200 ml. packed in 50 pcs.). In order to comply with sanitary standards, we cannot open such packaging. In case of such products, you can choose the quantity that is a multiple of the minimum package (for example: a glass of 200 ml. you can order 50 pcs., 100 pcs., 150 pcs., etc.) For your convenience the price per piece in such products cards is specified for reference.
What is the minimum order amount for delivery to the regions?
The minimum quantity for an order to the region is a box. You can order any product in quantity multiplied to a box.
Why are some products presented on the website, but it is indicated that they are not in stock?
The website interacts with our warehouse database, and thus shows up-to-date information about the availability of goods at a particular moment. Stocks are replenished daily, and even if the product you need is not in stock, it will most likely appear in the coming days. You can find out the expected date of receipt from the call center operators.
How about discounts?:)
We are for a fair price for everyone, and you will not find columns and price classifications for different partners here. The minimum prices are initially indicated on the site, and the revision of prices for some items is possible with a one-time order of more than one million AMD.
